Hello! My name is Kath Cleeve. I re-joined the Colourstrings team in April 2015 as a Kindergarten Teacher. I have worked with children for over 20 years in my role as a music teacher. I thoroughly enjoy teaching them and benefit from their enthusiasm and positive attitudes. I have recently stepped down from my position as Head of Junior Music at a local prep school, in order to reduce responsibilities in terms of departmental issues thus allowing me to focus on the part I love the most and stress the least about....the children! My association with Colourstrings (and of course Nod!) goes right back to the early days when the school was starting up. My two children, Sam (23) and Hannah (20)both came through the school and both have been very successful as a result of this learning process. Sam has a first class Batchelor of Music degree and obtained a Distinction for his Masters degree in Musicology. Hannah has graduated as a professional dancer and is soon off to LA dancing. I qualified as a kindergarten teacher in 1994 and worked alongside Nod for many years, only relinquishing this position due to work load. To be back at Roehampton, with many familiar faces feels like 'coming home'! I am extremely excited to be teaching kindergarten again and I hope my enthusiasm and love of music has a positive effect on all those I teach. Kath
